PICO-8 0.2.2

Heads up, v0.2.2 is out now! You can install it over the top of your previous version without losing any cartridge data.

- SFX filters: allows you to add effects to the 8 basic instruments: buzz,  reverb, flange effect / detuned voices , white noise, and low pass filter. Make dark synths and thick basslines!

- Custom Fonts and P8SCII: Define a custom fixed with font and render it using control codes to adjust rendering style!

- Fill Patterns for Sprites: set a fill pattern and palette mapping applied to each pixel (includes map and tline drawing functions too)

- Mouse Lock: read mouse deltas for things like FPS games (used in POOM)

- Custom Menu Control: read button presses inside the pause menu

- Map Exporter: generate 1024x512 pngs of cartridge maps

- Optimisation: now runs faster on older Raspberry Pis and uses 20~30% less cpu / battery for heavy carts.
